THE OPPORTUNITY:
My Mobile Spa business is growing and I am looking for a few LMTs and estheticians that can help me with my overflow clients. I am an excellent Massage Therapist/Esthetician and am looking for the same in those who represent me. This is an elite client base and is strictly therapeutic massage. Sometimes you will be accompanying me to assist with a couples massage that we will do side by side and sometimes you will be going out on your own. I will definitely need people who can travel to the South bay,Agoura Hills, Westlake, Santa Clarita as that is out of my territory - but will also need people who can go to West Hollywood and the Westside. It's not mandatory that you travel to all locations; however, the more flexible you are the more money you will make.
LOYALTY:
I am very generous with pay scale and expect you to be loyal in return. You will be an Independent Contractor who is representing and promoting my business so I am looking for people I can trust.
PAY:
I pay a 60/40 split in your favor PLUS 100% of any tips. I am running an introductory offer so you will make a little less and hopefully you will turn them into a repeat client. In addition, I expect to get a lot of referrals. This clientele is a tight knit community so if you do a good job word should spread like wildfire.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a CA State Licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician
Must be excellent with Deep Tissue. It's a plus if you know Sports Massage.
Must have your own insurance or be willing to get it (under $200)
Must have Smart phone (you can literally get an AT&T iphone 3Gs, 8 GB for 99 cents)
Must be honest and act with integrity
Must be presentable and professional
Must have your own portable table, linens and supplies
Must have reliable transportation
Must speak English
Must LOVE the Healing Arts!
Must have a positive!
WORK FREQUENCY:
Please note: You should view this as occasional, sporadic, supplemental income initially so as not to get your hopes up because we don't yet know how quickly growth is going to occur but I am involved in a HUGE advertising campaign and it is quite conceivable that I will get inundated with business immediately.
INTERVIEWS:
Select applicants will be asked to come to the Studio city for interview / practical massage audition within the next week or so. I am looking for TALENT plus experience. Experience alone is not enough. Again, all massage is therapeutic and professional.
